Now, you're talking, it's all about cheesecake. I go to Cheesecake Factory once a month at the very least just for the variety of cheesecake. I'd take any kind of chocolate cheesecake they have and the tiramisu one.

In-N-Out isn't franchised though. As of right now, there's In-N-Out in California, Nevada, and Arizona, I think. I used to have a Double Double animal style with animal style fries at least once a week, but that got tiring. Best burgers in L.A. are from Father's Office and not to mention the awesome beer selection.
Tommy's Burgers is also fantastic if you love chili burgers. I like them a wee bit better than In-N-Out actually.
