Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

So I have a trade proposed to me in a 24 team dynasty league that I am thinking about. First a little backround, we have to start 5 starting pitchers and 2 RP's so if you can imagine, any pitching that is worth anything is at a premium. Through a ton of trading away picks, prospects and young players I've built a rotation that I think can probably compete with the best in the league. My standard rotation is below. Now my RP's are pretty bad to terrible.
Webb
Kazmir
Nolasco
McGowan
Marquis
Corpas
Kunz/Delcarmen
Now my reserve pitching (hah) is a terrible as well. So not a whole lot of depth.
Angel Guzman
Ryan Tucker
Garret Mock
Jorge Campillo
Now my question to you would be, would you do the following trade.
I get
Brad Lidge, Andy Sonnastine, Eric Hurley
I give
Scott Kazmir
Dustin McGowan
and lastly if it matters to any. My minors pitching is the following.
Chris Withrow
Jeremy Hellickson
Joe Savery
Matt Latos
Stolmy Pimental
Dan Bard
So have a few quality arms down on the farm, but all are a ways away.
Thanks for the help!

I would strongly consider that deal. I might would try to get a middle of the line reliever thrown in. Kasmir had somewhat of a down year, but lidge was great. sonnanstine imo is better tham mcgowan. It just depends on if you want a reliever. Lidge will get a lot of K's and keep era and whip down.

I agree. I'd rather have a shaky relief corps than have Sonnanstine as my number 3. Plus the age difference between Kazmir and Lidge is huge.

I would keep Kazmir - closers are always on the WW and although Lidge was lights out in 08 he had challenges in Houston. The Rays are going to be solid and the lefty should bounce back to be a legit ace in 09.
With only 5 starts a week - you have to keep him with Webb.
You will need to be a hawk on the WW and snatch up a quality closer/Holds guy.
Thanks for the help with mine.

That is kind of what I'm feeling as well. I'd honestly rather be able to slot in Nolasco as my number 2/3 and Kazmir as my number 2.
The good thing is that its a points league, so no cats to "chase" so losing out on saves isn't a huge deal. Even with Lidge's great year he was a 400pt guy this year, with Kazmir's down year he was 450pts.
I think I'll probably stand pat on this, unless I can possibly upgrade the Sonnastine part.
