Lars Anderson?

Anyone have any news on this guy? Drafted him in a dynasty league 2 years ago and am wondering if I should hold onto him. I see he was listed in BBA's top 100 prospects, but haven't really heard much about him lately.

he is the redsox #1 prospect..he just turned 21 and is 6'5" 195 lbs..after progressing very well at the notoriously offense minded Lancaster (High A) {.921 OPS 13-50-0 .317 in 306 ABS} he was promoted to portland (AA) where he continued to rake {.962 OPS 5-30-1 .316} .. very impressive for age 20..
he projects to be a justin morneau type..look for him to stay at AA this year ..

He is def worth hanging on to. I traded him last year and I am kind of regretting it. A lot of people see him as the guy who will replace Ortiz/Youk but I don't know if he will stay that long in the minors. If he continues his success he should be in the majors by the end of this year or early 2010.

hmmmm... Yes I believe keeping Lars is a good idea.

PP has him the #1 1B prospect. I would agree with the previous comments that you should hang on to him and think he will start at AA this year but likely move up quickly to AAA.

He's a top 5 prospect at 1B. Hang on to him. ETA is thought to be 2010.

He's still a top prospect and a top 3-5 1B as everyone has already mentioned. Keep him.
