Gallardo Breakout or another injury waiting to

With the new info this deal is a no brainer. Make the deal, trade Moustakas and keep Smoak. Gallardo is a great addition in this league.

here is more info....the team with gallardo is trading him to another team for the purpose of swinging him to me...my 10th would be lowe or myers...who i dont want to keep...i won last year with a veteran lineup so i want to get some young talent with upside on my team..i figured gallardo fits the bill..i will have to throw either smoak or moose back anyway.....i can only keep one of those 2,.....

I like this trade now that this missing info is included.

And I like Smoak more than moustakas, but both are good prospects.

Then def do this. If you can't keep both prospects you might as well get something in return for them. I would trade Moustakas for Gallardo. Smoak should be in the majors sometime next year where Moustakas is probably 2-3 years away.

the owner is basically doing me a favor by getting gallardo to be thrown in..i think its worth his effort to pick which prospect he wants..smoak or moose......i happen to think gallardo becomes a top 25 starter next year....

Big fan of Gallardo and I would easily keep him in your situation. Top 25 should be a lock for him in '09.
