i will go with pujols and cabrera of course. after that i am not sure.
if i can trade pujols or cabrera i think about keeping adrian gonzalez as well. we have a DH spot and i am not realy sure about beltran and crawford. what do you think is gonzalez going to be good next year? (will the padres even be worse?)

Ideally, I would trade Pujols or MCab to fill a different position. In a 14 team league, 2B should be very scarce so I would try to hang onto Pedroia.
I think I'd take Pedroia as well, for the reasons Yoda listed. Additionally, Pedroia's younger than Crawford and the number of categories (along with CS's) will dilute the normal 5x5 value of Crawford's steals.
Re: Gonzalez, I think he'll be just as good, with the potential to be even more valuable, as there's a decent chance he gets traded out of Petco. That said, he's not one of your top 4. With the DH, I'm not sure I'd trade Pujols or M. Cab. unless you're getting Hanley/Reyes/Wright back.
EDIT: To clarify, I would take Pujols, M. Cab., Pedroia and Crawford, assuming they can be kept forever. Crawford's next 3-5 years are in his prime; Beltran's are not.

Can you trade players you aren't sure about keeping?
I'd trade Pedroia and probably Pujols. Cabrera will eventually be the best first baseman (if not fantasy player) in the game, and you could get a ton for Pujols right now. Pedroia's value will never be higher, so I'd look to move him too. Guys like Longoria and Upton are who I would target.
First off, no way Cabrera ever become a better player over Pujols. No matter what position Cabrera plays. Pujols is the God of Baseball. He should be a Gold Glove at 1st and is always and MVP candidate. Saying that I doubt you can get full value for Pujols because of the concern about his arm.
But to the question, I would keep Pujols, Cabrera, Beltran and Pedrioa.
If you can do some moves, I would look at get a 3B in Wright or Longoria. Either one would be very nice and you have some depth to trade. Move any three of these guys: Cabrera, Beltran, Pedroia, AGon or Crawford for a top 3B.
