Depending on the rest of your roster and cap room he may be worth holding on to for another season to see if he can turn it around. You're gonna be held to that 1/2 price for all 5 years right?

He's only 24. I think there's some .290 15 15 upside. If you drop him, you could probably get him in the $1 to $3 range though.
