My last question is: What is Holliday's true value? Meaning, what young stud would I take heads up for him and be happy?

Thanks again!

Depends on need. I would hang onto him.

exactly ;-D

If he was going to have surgery he would have done it right after the season. Right now he would just be exteding his DL time and I don't think he wants to do that. Especially after a season where the showed more than most people thought they would and hopefully can build on that to get in the playoffs again.

Players I would trade Holliday straight up for (ignoring needs, assuming dynasty and 5x5): Hanley, A-Rod, Reyes, Utley, M. Cab., Braun, Sizemore, Berkman, Hamilton, Kinsler, Santana, Teixeira, Morneau, Peavy, Lincecum, Rollins, Longoria, Sabathia, Webb, Pedroia, Fielder, BJ Upton, Markakis. I'd consider Soriano, Beltran, Carlos Lee, Bay, Hamels, Crawford, Quentin, and Kemp. Might be leaving others out.
