Im not so sure why anyone would tell you to go with the Holliday side of the deal. In my opinion, Holliday's value is at an all time low considering he will be in the middle of a terrible lineup and out of Colorado, which is something he has never had to deal with.

I would definitely stick with CC and Snider. Snider might not reach Holliday but the combo of Snider and CC together will get you more stats then just Holliday.

Snider K'd 177 time last year. He does have age on his side but where would he play anyway? He is a longshot to contribute in a standard league in 09 IMO.

And CC's value is at an all time high right now. The perect time to sell him and pick up someone on the low.

IMO you're buying low on Holliday and selling high on CC.

CC's workload was absurd last year. Sure he's been a horse these past few seasons but I think its going to catch up to him eventually. I personally think you'll get way more years out of Holliday. CC is a much bigger risk. Being a dynasty you have to give the edge to Holliday here.

Yes the A's lineup is pretty brutal, there's really not chance for them to compete this year so I think Beane flips Holliday sometime after the ASB to a contending team for a huge package young players. Holliday won't be in that Oakland lineup all year. Take my word for it.

Top 10 bat vs. Top 5 SP? I'll always take the bat.

Holliday is my choice.

Good luck ;-D
