Below is the list of the guys on my team as even debatable to keep. $265 CAP, 25 on the team (2 C, 2 1b, 2 2b, 2 3b, 2 ss, 5 of, 2 util, 5 sp, 2 rp, 1 p), standard scoring.Keep 7, plus as many rookies as you'd like for $1 each. I have Kershaw to keep as a rookie for $1. Just curious about thoughts on the board on who you'd keep.
Brian McCann $18 Lance Berkman $26 Ryan Howard $40 Miguel Cabrera $42 Rick Ankiel $8 Corey Hart $20 Torii Hunter $10 Nate McLouth $15 Eric Byrnes $9 Daisuke Matsuzaka $17 James Sheilds $13 Adam Wainwright $14 Chris Carpenter $1 Roy Halladay $29
I'm thinking, Brian McCann, Rick Ankiel, Torii Hunter, Daisuke Matsuzaka, James Shields, Adam Wainwright, Roy Halladay, Clayton Kershaw (Rookie) for a total of $110. I've thought about keeping McLouth or Hart for Halladay, as Halladay will probably fetch around the $29 price I'm paying, but I'm not sure $15 and $20 are such a good deal for McLouth and Hart either. Either way, I figure I have a good start barring injuries with hitting and pitching. Obviously I'll be bidding big on hitters, and I have a couple pitching and hitting sleepers in mind that I can probably get for ~$5. Is there anybody you would switch in this?
I think $15 for McLouth is a better deal than $29 for Halladay. If you like both players, you can get Halladay for close to $29 but Mclouth will likely be in the $20's.
I think both McLouth & Hart will go for more than what you have them for, Halladay is worth the $29 but might be avail again for right around there. As we've seen, there are going to be plenty of good SP available, I'd keep 1 of the under-priced hitters to start with

I'll take these six...pick one from the others...none seem to be great deals.

Do you have to keep 7? I think you can get the rest of the guys (or better) back for the same or less. Anyway, if you're allowed to keep less than 7 I'd keep the 4 listed above and give the team a nice overhaul.
He once hit a ball between my legs so hard that my center-fielder caught it on the fly backing up against the wall.
If Satch (Paige) and I were pitching on the same team, we would clinch the pennant by July fourth and go fishing until World Series time.
Thanks for the help everyone. I probably should put McLouth in there. I thought he had a terrible 2nd half which had me 2nd guessing him, but I guess I didn't realize he hit .300 in September.
