best 5 year keeper

really looks like I'll get to pick between these 4 in the first round of the redraft; and can keep for the next 5 years if I want.
A Ram
Bay
Ortiz
Peavy
Ortiz probably has more value for 1 year but I believe 1 of the other hitters is a better pick in a long term 5X5 Roto

I like Bay and Aram. I'll go with Bay since I don't think aram will age as well. And I think Bay will get extended by Boston (just speculation) and have a couple of real good years.

have been playing in keeper leagues 10 plus years but never owned Peavy, I guess here is my chance.Actually Ortiz is probably the only 1 I've really had on any of my teams but he's probably the least attractive to me now. With this pick I'm more interested in getting the best long term value rather than the best next season; was hoping to stay away from Peavy but he might be the most valueable. He's 3 years younger than the other 2 hitters, seem like he's been around forever

To me, it is not that close. Peavy by a large margin even if he gets traded.

It's gotta be Peavy. There's really no solid case for any of the others.

Peavy is the best fantasy player. I worry about a SP who has had injury issues (even though minor) if I'm thinking in terms of a 5 year context. I still go with Peavy though.
