I'd go with Lackey also with Verlander a close 2nd because of his age.

Lackey makes makes the most sense. He is also in a contract year.

If your up for a risk, take Cain. If the Giants make some offensive improvements, he could be a steal.
He won only 2 games in 08 where he gave up more than 1 run. Had many games last year where he was dominant. Just needs to cut down the walks a little. (K/BB 2.0)

I think Lackey would be the pick for the next 2-3 years, but I think I would gamble on Cain. He has experience in the bigs, great stuff, and is younger than Lincecum.
