Would you do this trade? closers will be tough to get this yr in our league. Most kept.
I'd rather pick up a handful of potential closers and see which ones stick than trade a stud like Price for one guy with job security issues, and another potential injury nightmare. If I'm giving up a sky's-the-limit prospect, I want a sure thing in return.
Price will be hyped beyond belief post-WS, so you should be able to do better.

I think you could do better. Ryan is a decent closer but he isn't a sure thing. Price has a very high ceiling and you would hate selling low on Price just to pick up a middle tier closer.

I'd counter with Jackson for Wheeler if you want to gamble on potential saves. Take Price off the trading block.
That's not a bad offer. A cheaper SP in Jackson (who might get traded or sent to the bullpen to make room on the Rarys rotation for Price. just don't tell the other owner that) for a potential closer since you say they will be hard to come by.
