Well you have the two best catchers in the game. The obvious move is to deal one of them for big slugger or perhaps even more appropriate woud be a #1 starter, which you lack.

My first move would definately be ship Piazza out as soon as possible! Posada will be just fine and you could get a solid player out of Piazza. Your very weak at 2b, and Ibanez isn't a great option at 1st. If it were me, with this team, I would trade Piazza for a 2b, and trade Chavez for an established ace. That's a risky move though, the more conservative approach would be just getting rid of Piazza for a decent 2b,and maybe a decent pitcher also. Just shop him around.
