alright so im trying to decide on who my keepers should be. i need 15 from this list.

With the massive caveat of not knowing your league's keeper rules, positions or categories, I'd say

Parra

EDIT: given your league settings, I think I'd gamble with the three young starters I listed at the end. I don't think all 3 will pan out, but I'd expect at least one to significantly outperform the (effectively) 13th round draft status I'm pegging him for. With unlimited IP, seems like you'd want a full stable of starters. Also, Billy Wagner's out for all 2009, right?

also there is a 3 player minorleague system for players under the age of 25
