DA SPECS
* The ISK DOES have to kill every night.
* The Vigilante DOES NOT have to kill every night.
* If the Mob Boss is lynched, the Mafia gets NO Kills that Night.
* If the Mob Boss is the last Mafia member remaining, he gets TWO Kills that Night.
* Who kills Who overnight WILL be revealed.
* Mafia will NOT be allowed to talk to each other until night when they discuss who they will kill.
