More Pujols Trade Fun

Everyone wants to get Pujols it seems, and I am no different really. Finally getting talks going with the manager, he shot me:

I get: Albert Pujols/Joe Mauer
I give: Jake Peavy/Victor Martinez

It's not a final deal yet, but it's where we're at. Do I take it and laugh my way to a better offense next year, or do I try and work another player in place of Mauer? I mentioned to him other players I was interested in, and he shot me those players ranked in his value:

1. Pujols
2. Longoria
3. F. Hernandez
4. Kazmir
5. Tulowitzki
6. Mauer
7. Nathan

Or should I just take that above deal? I know I won't be able to get Longoria, but I have Aramis Ramirez so I'm not too worried there. I've sort of differed on keeping catchers over the past few years...

It's a 10 Team Keeper league (we keep 8).

NOTE: I guess I am more so asking should I try to work the deal to grab anyone else other than Mauer or be content with the fact that I am getting a pretty good deal as it stands and just run with it?

This is a steal. When you're offered a steal, you don't try to get more. You take it and run. Asking for more will scare off the other guy.

I would imagine it gets vetoed easily, but if not, you got yourself one heckuva deal.
