can only keep 4 of these pitchers in a 5X5 roto; if Saito isn't back I'd probably retain both closers leaving Haren & 1 SP up for grabs. Is Danks worth not keeping Broxton? Lidge Broxton Haren Wainwright Danks Lilly I asked similiar question & Wainwright was the unanimous choice over Danks; as much as I hate keeping 2 closers I think Brox is going to be 1 of the best. It would be nice to trade Broxton or Danks in a draft pick upgrade, anybody belive Danks isn't much of a dropoff from Broxton?

Keeping a closer sucks, but Lilly is not good enough to take over Lidge.
why not explore trade options for Lidge? There's no way his value will ever be higher, and I can't imagine he's perfect in saves again in '09. Danks/Lidge should fetch a nice return. This is all contingent on Broxton being worth keeping (meaning he's the closer).
what I've learned here is I don't want to end up with Lilly or 2 closers by the end of trading. If I can move Lidge & Wainright or Danks & end up with a better hitter keeper and acceptable options of Danks & 1 closer I should do that. Better to make a small upgrade in keepers than having to drop into next years draft and get nothing. I'd be real happy if I could go in with Wainwright,Broxton & Haren as my pitchers and nab an extra hitter.I'd just as soon not use Haren in a 2-1 unless it was somebody special
