According to the rules, "all players who still have pieces on the board share equally in a draw".

The rules in the very first post say most supply centers wins.

I'd be up for ending it now and calling it a draw. ;-D

Oh yeah, I forgot I wrote that. I knew I wrote something to try to prevent draws.

Most supply centers win, it is.

Fall 1910 orders are due Wednesday 8pm PST. This is the last turn. After results are posted, I will conduct a vote among the remaining players to see if the game will continue. Otherwise, the game ends and I announce the winner.

Winter 1910,

Image

By my count,

Russia has 11 supply centers.
Turkey has 11 supply centers.
England has 11 supply centers.
Germany has 1 supply center.

Please vote here or by PM on whether or not you would like to continue the game. It needs to be unanimous for the game to continue, otherwise the I will rule the game to end in a 3-way tie between Russia, Turkey and England.

Vote : End It

Nobody wins, and I somehow finish 2nd.

So it ends in a 3-way tie. Gratz to BP, Bigken, and Mookie.
