Mafia VII - Day 6

I think i may have PMed J35J like 4-5 times last night flip-flopping on whether I should kill Snakes or H0rt. The choice would have been so much easier if Snakes hadnt said at the end of day 5 that he thought it was jfg who was the last mafia. I wasnt sure whether or not he was trying to set me up with that. It was either try to get Snakes to vote with me, or kill Snakes and dump suspicion on h0rt, who i would have been very suspicous of if i didnt know he was a townie.

There was definitely a lot of suspicion on me. I got 3 different PMs from observers claiming they thought I was the last mafia member

I gotta give props to Yoda for uncovering Inuk as the investigator the night before his death. Made things a lot easier.

I was a bit disappointed by Teddy's performance this time around. People were on to him very quickly.

people or me? i dont know why, but when i read that one simple comment on day 1, it just seemed like automatically mafia. the whole mookie/nz eff fiasco really through off everyone i think.

hort - played well in my eyes and even though he was wrong a few times, he tried to be as helpful as can be.

dclark - ive already stated my feelings about you.

sjnez - the way you just hide in the shadows every game, makes me want to kill you every game. i really didnt think you were mafia, not because of your "virus" or whatever, but you stayed so quiet.

inunk - great job leaving clues. im not sure if we get yoda who played pretty well as a mafia too if you dont plant a few seeds.

mookie and nz eff - i dont even know

jfg - i had developed zero feeling about you throughout the game. honestly, i was leaning toward you being mafia before the dclark/sjnez situation. you played well though and killed the right people throughout..

Yeah aside from Inuk, clark was the only other person trying to hang me so there was a chance that I could weasel myself out of it.

KC really saved the game for the townies. If we get Snakes on Day 1, then it would have been a whole different ball game.

I definitely botched this one. Like I said before there's nothing I can do but give props to Snakes. Good job to SJ though. He came pretty close. Killing h0rt was definitely the right move though, as he was going to lynch you on Day 6.

All around, it really was a great game, especially once NZEff got the boot (by the way, Mookie was a townie after all. Bye buddy!).

I figured that once SJNez finally got a mafia role, he'd be really tough to spot. He was lynched for inactivity so many times, he flew right under the radar. Nice job...

I was wondering, has anyone ever played mafia in a live setting? I would imagine it's much easier to spot baddies. Is it as good as the message board version?
