Need Owner for 5x5 NL-only Keeper League in Kentucky

I am the commish of a 5x5 NL-only league in KY. We meet every year to have the auction. Its a good bunch of people and have had the same 11 owners for the past 5 years. The 12th spot has been sort of a revolving door lately, looking for some one to make that a bit more stable.
