Xbox live

Postby sportsguy138 » Wed Oct 01, 2008 6:03 pm

Hey, guys.

I just got xbox live, but didn't realize that the cord is way too short. I'll need to grab a wireless network adapter so I can hook it up to my TV without it being connected to my modem. Now my question is, do I also need a wireless router? Xbox live isn't working for me right now with even hooking up the wires to the modem, but that's a different story.

Thanks for the help.

You will need a wireless router at your place for the wireless adapter to work on your xbox. Wouldn't it be cheaper for you to buy a longer cable from your modem to your console than to buy a wireless adapter? :-)

Anyone having live problems? I get disconnected from every game of COD4 even though I have 4 green bars.
