This had actually been expected for quite a while, as he had finished chemo last month and it didn't get any better.

Although I know Paul Newman has been battling cancer for some time, I'm still shocked. I've loved all of his work; The Color of Money is one but I also loved Cool Hand Luke and The Sting. Truly a legend. He will be missed. RIP. :,-(

Met the guy once while he was living/staying in KC in the early 90s. I had met a few other movie stars before but Newman was the first one (and last) that ever really star-struck me. RIP Mr. Newman, you will be greatly missed.
