Bad weather for 25th-28th

Postby BitterDodgerFan » Thu Sep 25, 2008 12:05 pm

possibility of rain outs on thursday?

CHC@NYM
CLE@BOS
FLA@WAS

and weekend series in many northeastern cities? PHI, BOS, NY, BAL all look like they're going to get some rain. :-[

it's going to be crazy....

any strategies for rain outs? bench your players playing in those cities?

i have a strong feeling the season isn't going to end this sunday. %-6

Thanks for the heads-up.

Can we keep this thread updated? I stand to lose half my lineup if all three games are postponed. Are their makeup games in fantasy? I'm guessing not...

Bud should just send them to play in Miller Park.

Too bad I didn't see this earlier; but am glad I saw it none-the-less.
I just picked up some spot starters for tomorrow and it looks like all of their games are in doubt right now.

Not if you're taking the game in the luxury boxes. :-b

I've been going to the games at the Ravine since forever and a day, where basically I've seen the games from every vantage point, but actually I like Dodger Stadium the way it is. Rowdy, unclean, just like English soccer stadiums back in the 70's-80's but it would be better with standing room only terraces (reminds me of Everton's Goodison Park for some odd reason).

Do we know which games are in the most jeopardy?

The east coast games aren't looking too good.

Looks like they should be able to get the boston game in - not really supposed to rain until after midnight...

FYI, Choo is not in the CLE lineup tonight.
