I commish a basketball league that I have to persuade my hockey loving friends to join every year... and in turn I join their hockey league . It's an autodraft so I pretty much just plug in the rankings from the hockey cafe (it would be nice if you did a top 200, but I understand it's hard to get the 6 people who use the site to get it together! ) and pick up whoever is on a hot streak at the beginning of the year. I usually finish in the top 4 despite not watching or really caring about hockey unless the Wild are in the playoffs. I guess in Minnesota you know about hockey whether you like it or not.
Playin' Fantasy Basketball and Football as usual. Trying out Fantasy hockey this year. Any tips? does steve yzerman still play for the red wings and is mike modano still good?

Uh...Wayne Gretzky?
Only thing I know about hockey: Wayne Gretzky, Bobby Orr, Sidney Crosby, and that the same station that shows Marlin games, FSN Florida, shows Panther games. Also the Tampa Bay Lightning won the Stanley cup a few years back (yay...?)

Look at the injury report. My autodraft just finished and I drafted Gonchar, Whitney and Erik Johnson. All defensemen, all out for an extended period of time. It's my own fault for being ignorant and not paying attention to hockey but Yahoo should really have a red cross next to players who are injured when filling out the pre-ranks. I'm so screwed.
