NEW Keeper League for '09 Forming - $100

Forming a new keeper league beginning for the 2009 season.

The draft will be a slow-draft done over a forum over the off-season beginning early December.

There will be betweeen 16-20 owners, so far 10 are committed.

It is a contract based "salary" cap league.

We are looking for quality owners who are very active and very knowledgeable.
