I don't find Anna Paquin attractive at all. I had a huge crush on Rogue from the animated series and Anna Paquin ruined it all for me.
As for True Blood, my girlfriend watched the first episode on the on demand channel we have at home and she said it was pretty good. I might check it out later and try to catch up.
After seeing episode 1, I'm on board. I think it's a funky idea, and the show has a different feel to it than I expected. Oh, and Bill is an absolute dead ringer for a real life vamp. Nice casting there. So far so good.

I said it in the other thread... Some of the acting is REALLY bad. The actors playing the "evil" vampires have taking suck to a new level. The brother who does nothing but get his freak on is almost as bad. Still, I keep watching. Something about it intrigues me even though synthetic blood for vamps was played out a long time ago and social commentary involving vamps doesn't do it for me.
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey
