With the AAA playoffs over Max is back up, although he doesnt figure to play if bradley is healthy (has a shot at the batting title, needs 30 abs).

Max's 2009 fate is probably tied to milton bradley. If the rangers re-sign him, then he probably wills start at AAA. If they don't, he would probably be given a chance to win the DH role in spring training.

Who knows what the GM and manager think, but ranger fans only doubt his defense not his bat. Too solid an approach to fail long term.

Seems to me that any trade the Rangers make has to involve some good, young pitching...Sox just might be good trading partners as previously mentioned as catcher is a need for 2009 and beyond.

its suppposed to be a 50/50 split right now. Lairds gotten 3 in a row which is annoying, and highlighted by an offday so he hasnt played in a while.
ranger message boards are not pleased, but I cant imagine theyve changed it with teagarden hot and laird cold.. teagarden should play the next 2 days at least.

edit:.. and hes not starting on saturday. what the hell..
