12 team Roto. I've made a lot of trades so my team has changed alot. Have no chance this year but preparing for 2009. I can only keep 10, but how am i looking?
Trade Pending-I give Cano,Tulo,Derrek Lee for Kevin Youkilis,Carlos Lee, Eric Byrnes
Once that trade goes through i could send Carlos Pena,Carlos Lee out for Dustin Pedroia, Matt Kemp I'm giving up all my MI and there won't be any good ones in redraft. Trying to trade away some pitching because i can't keep all of them.
It looks pretty weak to me. You don't have anyone resembling a 1st rounder. The SP looks OK but the offense needs some real improvement. You need to start trying to pull off some 2 for 1 trades. I think you are getting the short end in both the deals you listed.
I don't think Fowler is a keeper unless your league has a minor leagues. I think Carlos Lee and Kemp are solid targets. Maybe try Pena and Sheets for one. It isn't that you have a lack of talent it is just that you have 15 good players and only 10 keepers plus you are lacking in top tier talent. I'd look to see if any teams are short on keepers and see if you can't make a deal.
The youkilis trade went through.Holding off on the Lee/Pena trade. Will try to get Price with the 4th waiver. Probably won't get him. Recently been offered: Teagarden,Alex Gordon, Daniel Murphy, Justin Duchs for Mccann. That would just give me more players, so no way im doing that.
