I'm not asking for dating advice or how to talk to girls or if I should read them poems. I don't need help with that stuff.
Here is my situation. I went to ASU for a while and of course met some people while there. I moved back to Orange County, CA where I was from and have been here for 2 years now. Anyways, a girl I met in Arizona just moved to Oceanside, which is about an hour away from me. She contacted me and wants to hang out since she is new to the area and knows I'm close enough. She is very very good looking and I am willing to drive an hour each way to see her.
I really don't want to do the beach thing because I can only get down there on weekends and the beaches in SoCal on weekends are not worth it. Like I said, she is 20 (I am 24) so I can't take her to a bar. Any suggestions on things to do? I hate the cliche movie and dinner, but right now that's all I have as far as ideas. Also, it's not an official "date" it's just hanging out, but I have goals.
Thanks dudes
You have no frame of reference, Donny. You're like a child who walks into the middle of a movie...
Of course, you can take her to a bar. One time, I knew of an intern that was 20 (to turn 21 in a few days thereafter) and we had a company party at a bar nearby. Too bad we were all carded and so she wound up having to get her fill of Shirley Temples.
Amusement park (ala Six Flags or something)? Ball game of some sort (pro/college if she's into sports)?
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
I don't drink so I guess I can just list off things I normally do for dates:
Movie, Dinner, Putt-Putt, Beach, Tennis, Basketball, Concert, Bowling, Hiking, Park, Bonfire, Ice Skating, Zoo, Amusement Park, Rafting, Roller Blading, Minor League baseball game, Karaoke...etc.

Man, even Knott's Berry Farm is kind of pricey for a first date. Chuck E. Cheese is the way to go...unless you have a Gameworks, which I'd also recommend come to think of it.
