tripped and fell

Postby DieHardCubbie » Tue Mar 04, 2003 9:46 am

Jarrod Washburn tripped and fell yesterday hurting his shoulder. He is expected to be out 10 days. Does this bother anybodys fantasy team or picks?
Useless Trivia of the day

England's Worcester Canoe Club set the world record for paddling a hand-propelled bathtub. The 25 man team covered a distance of 55 miles, 425 yards in 24 hours on September 28 and 29, 1979.

Boy I think it definately something to keep your eye on.

I wouldn't panic just yet but if it gets late in the spring and is still bothering him then I would think of an alternate plan if I had him.

anytime a player is clumsy enough to be out ten days for tripping, should scare and fantasy manager, although i just watched Little Big League, you never know, it might be the best thing that's ever happened.

just wait for a few rough outing in the spring or start of the season, and remind the guy that has him.....then get him for cheap
