that sucks, I got the RROD on my 360 a couple months ago, they fixed it for free, and now I'm looking to hock it and live with my PSP.

Keep turning it on and leave it on for a while till it overheats. That's how I got mine to do it. It was skipping at first and not playing anything, and it wasn't under warranty anymore. The only thing they'd cover was the RROD so I attempted that.

SO i took off the HD and left it off and all movies and games go so fast but i dont think i can save but i really dont care as long as i can play a game when i want

Yeah, don't send it in, just buy a new hard drive or a memory card if you only use your hard drive to save games. You can get memory cards for like 30 bucks or so. I thought I saw one at Gamestop for 20. It costs 100 bucks for a new hard drive although I think that I've heard people are finding 20GB ones cheaper now. But, that's the same cost as sending it in so why wait?

yea i took off the HD and it goes so fast....so were using it as a dvd player right now. I dont think i can save without the HD but at least i can play games vs people and watch DVD's
