Xbox 360 Help

Postby DbacksRback » Mon Sep 01, 2008 12:50 pm

my 360 is taking a long time to load up movies/games and every once in a while we get a single red light and E 68 comes up. It has always worked fine and now this is getting really annoying what should i do?

Send it back to Microsoft.

You should have it back in about a month, working as good as new.

I just googled this and it looks like it's a hard drive issue. Either there's a bunch of extra files on it or it's just corrupt. I'm not sure if the extended warranty from Microsoft covers it but you should give them a call anyways.

It's free, they send you a box to send it to them in.

It's still free if it's the Red RIng of Death, but his issue was something else.
