My favorite Kraftwerk album is Computer World. I usually hate music like this but the minimalism makes it unique and accessible.

I'm not sure when Germans got the stereotype of being weird, but I wouln't be surprised to hear that Kraftwerk had something to do with it.

The more common stereotype is Germans are dull and humorless. Not so much about being weird.

I've been on a Billy Joel binge. I tend to like a couple of songs from every artist but I rarely like an entire album so I have very few artists that I'm a real fan of, my ipod doesn't have many artists with more than a few songs on there. Billy Joel has so many incredibly good songs that I can actually say I'm a fan of the guy.
