That's what I'd say too but I'd throw Help! into the mix as well. Nothing of the Beatles is underrated, but if anything is close, it's Help!
Not a big rap guy, but I bought the new Bad Meets Evil along with Eminem's Recovery and I haven't really listened to anything else for the past 2 weeks... so good...

I wasn't a big fan of "Pumped Up Kicks" from Foster The People, but watching them at ACL I will say I enjoyed some of their other tracks enough to take a listen to the entire Torches album. Not bad at all.
