This sucks. Hope its nothing major. Just found this update on Rotoworld:

Miguel Cabrera left Friday night's game with a left pectoral muscle strain.
Cabrera injured himself on a fifth inning strikeout swing and was replaced by Jeff Larish. He was 0-for-3 on the night. The Tigers are calling him day-today

Latest update from Rotoworld:

Miguel Cabrera said after Friday's game that he might be ready to play Saturday.
Cabrera left in the fourth inning tonight with a strained left pectoral muscle. If neither he nor Carlos Guillen can play Saturday, then the Dodgers will likely use both Jeff Larish and Ryan Raburn.

My lineup locks in half an hour. I'm in my fantasy playoffs and cannot afford a DNP. Anybody know for sure if he's playing?

Yahoo Sports!

Aug 30 1B Miguel Cabrera suffered a wrenched left shoulder in the second inning when he tried to field a wild throw up the line by SS Edgar Renteria and make a sweep tag on DH Billy Butler of Kansas City in the same motion. Cabrera was pointing to the shoulder as he stayed in the game and then showing it to trainer Kevin Rand between innings. He remained in the game until being removed after batting in the fifth. It was described as a mild left pectoral strain. C Brandon Inge went to third when Cabrera came out with 3B Jeff Larish switching to first and C Dane Sardinha coming in for his first action in a week.
