easiest spetember schedule

Postby Zhangman1 » Fri Aug 29, 2008 2:02 am

Looking ahead to playoffs, which teams have the easiest september schedule? Without too much research, the D-Backs and Rockies seem to have easy schedules.

I actually like the Rangers remaining schedule. 5 games against Seattle and 7 against Oakland. Plus they have 6 against an Angels team that has nothing to play for.

With the Angels year so far in Tampa, I don't think I would say they have nothing to play for. With the dome effect, the Angels better not pack it in and end up losing home field to the Rays.

The Rox's schedule may help them alot for a final run at the playoffs.

They play The Dodgers 3 Times the Dbacks 6 Times

6 Vs SF
3 Vs Houston
3 Vs Pads
3 Vs ATL
I'm too lazy to make a sig at the moment

I think they would be more interested in setting up the rotation for the playoffs and making sure everyone is fresh with a 16 game lead rather than try and fight for home field advantage the last two weeks of the season.
