An electronic gaffe at news outlet Bloomberg mistakenly sent an incomplete obituary for Apple CEO Steve Jobs over the wire on Wednesday afternoon, and a tipster promptly sent the soon-retracted file to gossip blog Gawker.
The lengthy file contains not only a preliminary obituary for the iconic Apple chief, but also a list of suggested contacts for a more extensive story--Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, Oracle CEO Larry Ellison, and early Apple evangelist Guy Kawasaki, among others.
The summary of Jobs' accomplishments, per the obituary, is that he "helped make personal computers as easy to use as telephones, changed the way animated films are made, persuaded consumers to tune into digital music, and refashioned the mobile phone." (FULL STORY)
"Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that." ~George Carlin
Yep. This is a result of the need to rush to "scoop" everyone else on every story. Obits are all mostly written, like Snakes said, and we're just waiting for these people to die.
Now, how freaky would it be if Jobs did die here in the next two/four weeks? What an odd coincidence that would be, huh?

If I was using an Apple I wounldn't know how to save or send.

Probably no different than posting here. There's a "preview" button right next to the "submit" button when posting. I've seen people click "submit" instead of "preview" on more than one occasion.
If it's set up that simple for their news stuff ("save" instead of "preview" of course), I can see how this could easily happen.
Bet Jobs' phone lit up like a Christmas tree!
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
