For what it's worth here's what Yahoo has to say- "5 Stars .Batting .333 ( 8 for 24) vs pitchers similar to Arroyo since last year."
3 games last year and now 4 games this year? I don't see the reasoning.
Is it because someone else on Houston hits Arroyo especially well and gets the start instead?

Got it-
"The strength of Cooper's bench gives him added flexibility. Darin Erstad, Mark Loretta, Ausmus and Newhan each drove in runs Sunday in a 6-4 win, and each has had success against Tuesday's starter, Bronson Arroyo. While Lance Berkman has four home runs off the Reds pitcher, Loretta is batting .522 against Arroyo.
Cooper, who is searching for a day to give Wigginton off, wouldn't have much to go on with Arroyo, because Wigginton's never faced him."- mlb.com
