Star Telegram confirming sports hernia diagnosis
He's going on the disabled list with a sports hernia, which was revealed in a Monday MRI. He's seeing a specialist tomorrow. He could miss the rest of the season. Joaquin Arias has been called up to take his roster spot. More to come later.

I see your C. Lee and Ian Kinsler and raise you a Longoria. I was in first making all the right moves and my team is falling apart. I hate fantasy baseball.

haha i feel ya hating fantasy baseball. Shame if he's done for the year, having a terrific season. I'll put my eggs in the Ian Stewart basket for 2b, I didn't realize he was raking this year, in the last month he has 5 homers and 27 rbis, not much speed but a decent replacement for kinz. I'm in 1st and the guy in second has longoria and lee so I feel his pain slightly.

Carlos Lee, Kinsler, Gallardo, Smoltz, VMart, Tulo, Percival.........it's been fun.

I'm in 1st place, but with the H2H playoffs coming up, the playing field has been evened with all these injuries. Basically in H2H the stats they've gotten you thus far don't really mean that much, since you've still got to battle from scratch each week during the playoffs.

This has kinda turned into a woe is me thread...I'll jump in :~(

Braun and Kinsler within a couple of days join my DL laden team for this season:

RJ, Granderson, Willingham, Tulo, Hughes, Colon, Hafner, Barmes, Figgins, Vmart, Snyder, LaRoche, Wagner.

All on one team, wtf!
Finally The Rock has come back....to New York City!!

Is anyone dropping him, currently have him on the dl but would like to grab vmart and stash him in the hopes of him finding his old form. Looks like rehab is a possibility but I think he's done, get 100% for next year.

I just might... it looks like even in the best case he won't be much of a factor the rest of the way. I'm going to wait just a little while longer to hear any news that's coming out of Texas, but I think in the end I will end up dropping him.
