This is my first year in Baseball and i have to admit i know very little about the sport since i am not american. Any advice is highly appreciated. Here is teh team in a 12 team Yahoo H2H league

I would put Dunn in the Outfield in place of Pierre or Sanders and put Alfonzo in at Util. Then your offense should be fine.
Your pitching is another matter. You may want to prowl these boards and pick up the names of some pitchers who could help you out. Unless you make some astute trades and pickups, I don't think your team is going to win. Good luck.
