He went to be with his wife for labor?! It's time Josh Hamilton gets his priorities straight and realizes that fantasy managers need him down the stretch. Selfish son of a gun

July 4th, 4:51 pm: Big Pelf is going to be an all out star...Pick him up before someone else does.

Read somewhere that they had moved the HR derby that was to take place at Arlington tonight (Friday) back to Saturday, which *may* mean Josh won't be in the line-up tonight.
EDIT:
Aug 15 Texas isn't expecting Hamilton to return until Saturday after the birth of his third child, the team's web site reports.
Recommendation: In a small indication of Hamilton's expected absence, Texas has moved a home run hitting exhibition featuring Hamilton back to Saturday from the originally scheduled Friday. It's a big risk sitting Hamilton in daily leagues with Texas at home, but early indications are that he won't be in the lineup on Friday.

Hamilton is back home in Texas where his wife, Katie, gave birth to the couple's third child, Michaela, on Thursday. Manager Ron Washington said he doesn't expect Hamilton back until Saturday.
"I say Saturday, but Ham may show up [Friday]," Washington said. "He may want to get away from it all. But I'm expecting him back Saturday."
