Fraud generally entails bilking someone out of their money. I'm guessing this isn't going to fall in that category since the video never went on sale, but you never know. This equates to the old Area 51 "alien autopsy" hoax from a few years ago. Nobody really was harmed by this, so there's no foul.

thats what i thought too. not to mention all the media coverage (money) used to cover this. it sure looks like fraud to me.
