My Team - Need some quality advice/help

hey all, I'm in a keeper league with some friends, its a 12 team keeper league. i'm currently in 5th (top 6 make playoffs). below is my roster, i was just wondering what people thought and looking for some advice on some potential moves. since its a keeper league, i can trade draft picks as well. we are using a point system to keep players, so i can't keep everyone, just 5pts worth of players (1st round picked players are worth 5pts, 2 round = pts ... 5th round+ and FAs are all 1pts.

i am planning on definately keeping sabathia (kept from last season as well), quentin, sherrill, and lester, and maybe rios.

so the question is...WHERE DO I NEED HELP AND HOW DO I GET IT TO CONTEND?

Basically I feel that my offense is pretty solid all around, but i'm questioning my pitching.

i could trade for armando galragga, polanco, greinke, zambrano (outside shot), dye, gavin floyd.

i could also pick up paul byrd, padilla, karstens, scherzer, etc.


any advice or comments would be much appreciated, thanks.
