He probably can be. It would help the Rays even more if he could then platoon in RF with Hinske (a really good scenario for the Rays, because then Rocco only has to play a few days a week....)
Read in SI.com a quote from Maddon that Baldelli cannot play on consecutive days. If true, this really knocks down any potential value.
