Cow you aren't the only person in this world who believed that Braun would be a stud. Almost everyone did as he was a late 1st round, early 2nd round pick this year. Not sure what you are trying to prove. You are patting yourself in the back for callling Braun a top 5 pick versus a top 12.

i had braun over those as well. but i certainly didnt, and still wouldnt have had him ahead of wright, mcab, holliday, hanley, arod, utley, prince, or howard. i can see the argument for over reyes, johan, or any of the 2nd round OF's (vlad, beltran, berkman, etc...).

now heres a hypothetical. if someone had drafted berkman number 2 overall would you call that a "smart" pick now, since hes ranked number 1? i wouldnt. that would be stupid. still would be if you ask me.
