So this has got me a little worried in my roto league. I dropped from 1st to 4th losing 3.5pts in ERA and 3.5pts in WHIP. I know I can regain some ground but I would probably have to 4 no hitters to get my era and whip back to were it was. Should I look into MR? Our league counts holds and I could stand to gain some ground in that cat.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. I went from 12 points in ERA and WHIP to 4 points in ERA and 5 points in WHIP in two weeks (and from the #1 ranking in the country to #60). I've never seen anything like it. I knew that I'd been on a lucky streak to some degree with my pitchers to this point, but still. My strategy has been to stay active in looking for guys who will close out the year well, but the key is not to panic. I think your idea about MRs has some merit and if anyone is available jump on them, but mainly you have to "ride the horse that brung ya".

your guys could very well go on a tear and post a collective 1.00 era and whip next week. dont panic, just keep doing what you were doing before and avoid the bad looking matchups.

I am right there with you, Voquez, Lowe, and Kazmir, but add Unbaldo tonight(6 er in 5.0, 7 hits, 6 walks), and Aaron Cooks performance on monday.
