I just noticed that Adam Dunn has driven himself in more than anyone has driven him in. He has been onbase: 84 hits +79 BB -32 HR _______ 131 times and has been driven in:
58 R -32 HR _______ 26
I just thought that was amazing, not only that he has driven himself in more than anyone has driven him in but also that he is only driven in around 1/5 of the times he is on base.

This just goes to show how awful Dusty Baker is when it comes to managing his batting order. Yes, let's bat the guy who has the highest OBP on the whole team 5th, so the #6,7 & 8 hitters can drive him in

+1
then again, he usually just clogs up the bases....

Yeah and we all know his .238 batting average is killing the team.

Zing! Actually I read an article on a Red's site about Dunn's improved performance this year with runners on... but I'm not buying it. I'd say the main reason for this low R/OBP correlation is that Dung gets walked a lot when he comes up with 2 outs (just an observation, I have no stats to back that up).
