Which Minor League SP have the best fantasy potential?!?

I am always looking to the future. MInor League SP already chosen in my 5X5 roto keeper league are Scherzer, Price, Porcello, and Bailey. They are officially off the radar for me. How do you rank the best of the rest. I am not looking for guys 3 or 4 years down the road. If they have to sit on my bench and take a roster spot for the rest of this year, or next year, so be it.

I am looking at Brett Anderson and/or Trevor Cahill as the top two. Am I missing anyone else?!? I know McGee, W.Davis, Masterson, Adenhart, Volstad, A.Miller, and I.Kennedy are all out there...but are they in the same boat?!?

So what I am wanting is a ranked list of who you view are the top SP Prospects for 2009. Feel free to include the guys already taken in my keeper league (Price, Porcello, Scherzer, Bailey). I want to see how you all rank them next to the other pitching propsects. Thanks!

What type of potential do Anderson and Cahill have?!? Are they projected as staff aces or #2 or #3 starters?!? Who are they being compared to in the majors?!?

Both project as solid #2 and could develop into aces.

Anderson has drawn comparisons to Glavine...Cahill to Webb & Halladay.

A couple of almost unforgotten guys that could be added are Gallardo and Hughes. I own both of these guys and was expecting some big stuff from them this year. I know they are not really "prospects" any more, but where would they be ranked in comparison to Price, Cahill, Anderson, Porcello, and the others on the lists provided?!?

He should be since he's not considered a minor leaguer.
