I was expecting huge things from him this year, but the injury got the better of him.
I'll second that one in a big way, though I can't label him a bust. The injury devil struck him down but at least its not his arm that was injured. I hope to see him back out there ready to dominate in '09.
I think Weeks, Hafner, Zimmerman and Konerko were on this same list last year. I drafted Weeks, Hafner and Konerko this year but if you make this list 2 years in row I'll think I'll pass.

3rd time is the charm. I think there is a chance that all of those guys bounce back.

Zimmerman probably will, he never even got a fair start. The rest, no. Hafner and Konerko no for sure and I really think this is the Rickie Weeks you better get to know. He might be one of those players that has a huge season one year but I think a low average is going to be his norm.

Hafner is only 31. He has a career OPS of .932. Last year was a down year and his OPS was .836 which isn't awful. This year he was struggling with injuries. In 2006 he had a great year and broke his hand. 2007's struggles could easily be attributed to his shoulder/hand injuries. This year he scuffled and they figured out that something was wrong and pretty much shut him down, so he will probably be completely healthy next year. I can almost guarantee he will produce better than his ADP next year. Everyone is going to be scared away by his last two years. Maybe he is done and his production was based solely on steroids, but he could be a huge bargain next year.
Stay away at your own risk. But if he's sitting there after round 10, I'm going to be pretty tempted to take him.
