I like alot of guys that got injured this year as sleepers. Hughes, Wainwright, Chris Young, Carmona, and Gallardo come to mind. Notice not one of these guys had an arm injury, but rather a different part of the body.
Matt Cain - he's very talented, but has disappointed.
Gil Meche - He's had a good season if you forget his dreadful April.
Andrew Miller - A guy to keep an eye on for the rest of the season. He's pitched well at times and terrible at others. Still talented.
Anthony Reyes - an ultimate sleeper for deeper leagues. Things might click for him in Cleveland. Or he'll bust. Again.
I'll have to look at this a bit deeper after the season, but this is some that I've thought of.
Excellent choices here for sure. Pitching seems deeper right now than it has been for years. Post steroids I guess.
I particulary like Parra and Ubaldo for next year. Cain seems like a good under the radar guy who could be a star, but he reminds me a lot of Bonderman in that regard. Flashes of greatness that says he could be one of the best in the game, but only good to mediocre overall stats in the end.

He's finally turned it around with a spectacular July but I think alot of people have written him off already. Alot of people are also going to look at his W/L record for the last 2 years and be disappointed (even if that's not his fault).
FWIW - I had Cain ranked right ahead of Lincecum before the season. He could be a decent buy low right now to be honest.
